  • Clients are expected to attend scheduled sessions on time.

  • Clients should actively participate and engage in the coaching process.

4. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential. We will not disclose any information without your consent, except as required by law.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment for services is due before the start of each session or package unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept PayPal or bank transfer.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

  • Cancellations made with less notice may incur a cancellation fee.

7. Limitation of Liability

Eagle Transformational Coaching will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Terms and Conditions for Awaken the Giant Live 1:1 Retreat

  1. Travel Arrangements
    Participants are responsible for booking their own flights and travel arrangements to the retreat venue.

  2. Travel Insurance
    It is highly recommended that participants obtain travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including flight cancellations, delays, or personal emergencies.

  3. Cancellations
    In the event of flight cancellations or delays, Eagle Transformational Coaching is not liable for any additional costs incurred by participants.

  4. Natural Disasters
    Eagle Transformational Coaching is not responsible for any cancellations or changes to the retreat schedule due to unforeseen natural disasters or events beyond our control.

  5. Liability Waiver
    By participating in the retreat, you agree to release Eagle Transformational Coaching from any liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the event.

  6. Acceptance of Terms
    By registering for the Awaken the Giant Live 1:1 Retreat, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions.
